Scholarship fundraiser honors Mikiylia Guins on what would have been her 8th birthday

WEST POINT, Miss. (WTVA) — A program was held Saturday night at Fresh Church in West Point to raise money for a scholarship fund in honor of Mikiylia Guins.

Guins is the 7-year-old killed in a shooting rampage in Clay County earlier this year. Five other people died.

The program was held on what would have been her eighth birthday.

Several gospel groups came together to help raise money and celebrate her birthday.
