The Flash Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of southeast Arkansas, northeast Louisiana and Mississippi, including the following areas in southeast Arkansas, Ashley and Chicot. In northeast Louisiana, East Carroll, Morehouse and West Carroll. In Mississippi, Attala, Holmes, Humphreys, Issaquena, Kemper, Leake, Madison MS, Neshoba, Noxubee, Sharkey, Washington, Winston and Yazoo.
* From 3 AM CDT Tuesday through Tuesday evening
* A slow moving warm front will setup periods of heavy rainfall early Tuesday into the afternoon hours. Rainfall amounts of three to five inches will be common with locally higher amounts possible. These amounts over relatively short periods of time will likely cause flash flooding.
