* Portions of southeast Arkansas and Mississippi, including the following areas, in southeast Arkansas, Ashley and Chicot. In Mississippi, Bolivar, Carroll, Clay, Grenada, Leflore, Montgomery, Sunflower, Washington and Webster.

* From Sunday afternoon through late Sunday night

* The threat for heavy rainfall is expected to develop Sunday afternoon and continue through Sunday night. Soils are nearly saturated in this area, and additional heavy rain could run off quickly resulting in flash flooding.

* Flooding of low lying areas may occur and road closures will be possible. Some homes and other building structures could be threatened.
