Southern Miss baseball coach Scott Berry to retire at season’s end

HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WTVA) — Southern Miss head baseball coach Scott Berry is calling it quits following the 2023 season.

Berry, the all-time winningest coach in USM baseball history, announced his retirement on Tuesday.

The 60-year-old has been the USM head coach for 14 seasons. He became an assistant coach in 2001.
