STARKVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) - A member of the Starkville Fire Department surrendered himself to police for alleged embezzlement.

Police arrested Clarence Parks, 45, on Monday, May 9.

The police department did not share many details about the arrest; however, the investigation followed internal and external complaints.
