one week from tonight, the community college football season kicks off in the magnolia state. today, both icc and northeast hosted their media days. we begin in fulton with the indians, who have been knocking on the door of the playoffs in recent years behind east mississippi and northwest. quarterback clark mills returns, but icc will be young this season, with 20 sophomores and 40 freshmen. the indians host pearl river in the opener next thursday. "it's just where you can't really practice it, you can talk about it as a coach, and you can simulate it, but until they really experience it, what a game's really going to be like, that's where it comes, and you hope they can work out the kinks, earlier than later."
