"living is a part of hospitality." demetra sherer has been working in the hospitality industry all of her life and says this was the best decision.... "i love people all genres...all cultures and hospitality is a melting pot for that." in school...she took courses to lead her down a path to the hospitalityindustry... "i did go to school for marketing and business management but there are some programs that offer hospitality as a whole.... one of those programs is now serving the tupelo area...and its 100 percent online... "the program courses being online. you'll start out with introductory courses and then we'll take you into more advanced courses management, marketing, and in the end, you get an internship." billy carson is the program director and instructor. he says the industry is continuing to grow everyday... "you see it as you drive down the highway as you're going gloster street you see new hotels and restaurants being built." stand up in the hospitality industry you can work in hotels.restarau in the hospitality industry you can work in hotels.restarau nts and other places...this program also helps graduates leave with the necessary certifications for the food industry...
