kicks off with "friday night fever." but this weekend, several area teams are taking part in jamborees. they're usually a couple of quarters, and they don't count on any team's record. amory hosting tupelo in a jamboree. golden wave head coach trent hammond on the sidelines, despite the broken leg. first quarter, amory withe the ball. hunter jones with the completion, but the panthers would not score. second quarter, tupelo with the ball. david hayes with a nice run for a first down. that sets up a three-yard touchdown by hayes. jaycob horn also scored a touchdown. tupelo wins it, 28-7. to the hatley jamboree. tigers taking on booneville in the first game. blue devils looking deep. john daniel deaton to hunter ellis. it's a touchdown....or is it? flag on the play, so it's coming back. moments later, deaton to t.j. brown. this will go for a score. booneville wins the quarter, seven-nothing. itawamba ahs later downed the blue devils, 13-3. our "two-a-days"
