"i've definitely expect to learn as much as i can and paying attention to every detail, and becoming the best technician out there especially being a woman." middlebrooks also wants to continue her family's legacy... "i actually have automotive technicians on both sides of my family my brother being the closest. so, watching him fix my mom, my aunt or whoever's car was cool, and i was always under there with him." attention to detail is very necessary in the field according to program director and instructor brad crowder... "technology is so advanced that we need people that are very analytical, problem solvers that can work with computers. a lot of cars out there have at least 50 to 60 or more computers." stand up: during the two-year program students will learn how to work under the car and inside of the car...
