some big changes coming to the mississippi no call law starting july first. wtva's wayne hereford is live outside brandon presley's office in nettleton with more. northern district public service commissioner brandon presley announced today that businesses will be able to register their phone calls on the state's no call list., that's something they haven't been able to do before . charities using paid telemarketers will have to register with the public service commission. the commissioner also says that caller id "spoofing" will become a violation of the mississippi no- call law. presley said that all of these changes are good for the state and its citizens. he says that businesses in particular will appreciate the new law. this is new ."
