"you can't do that anymore you have to go through temp agencies" business development director margaret collins says window world is aware of the problem and wanted to solve it... "we understand the sacrifice that they've given to serve our country and our citizens, and we want to give back the best way we can. "- margaret collins recently window world developed "careers for heroes" ...an iniative to help veterans like dillard find a job at window world... "it can be any field any branch, any job really and what's really cool about this project that we're releasing soon is that it will take your particular mos and the duties of your mos and tell us a way to use those specific features of your job to perform your new job at window world." stand up: employees say that learning to install a window for the first time is not too tough... (nats) on the job employees will install doors, windows, and other products...emplo yees also get to practice inside of the training room until they feel comfortable completing the task... dillard says working for a company like window world makes he and other veterans feel supported...
