two)) city leaders in booneville want to take a look at adding a popular e-cigarette to its list of products banned from certain places in the city. lets go live to wayne hereford who takes a closer look at potential ban. the banner-independent newspaper reports that leaders want to take a closer look at banning the product known as juul, a popular e- cigarette. this , comes after the group the mississippi tobacco-free coalition approached the board of aldermen to add the e-cigarette as illegal in certain locations under the city's anti-smoking ordinance. we reached out to several city leaders , but were not able to get a comment on that idea today. but the city's current ordinance bans smoking in several places like restaurants and other places selling food. it also includes city-owned vehicles. we wanted to know what citizens thought about banning juul . here's what one man said. the board of aldermen ha ve tabled the idea to give the board attorney time to look at it. they could discuss adding juul to the anti-smoking ordinance during the board's next meeting. reporting live from booneville, wayne hereford wtva nine news. one group
