an oxford police officer walks into court not as a member of law enforcement but as an accused killer. this man oxford police officer matthew kinne is charged with murder in the death of a mother of four. our cameras captured this exclusive video of kinne as he made his way into the lafayette county courthouse. and that's where we find wtva's amanda haley. matthew paul kinne is scheduled to appear before judge andrew howorth today at 1 o clock for a probable cause hearing. . this is video of kinne arriving at the court house around ten thirty this morning. under mississippi law a judge has to decide if there's enough evidence against a police officer to charge him with a crime. kinne was arrested on monday in connection to the sunday death of dominique clayton. she was found dead in her home from a fatal gunshot wound. investigators have been tight lipped as to the circumstances surrounding her death. the hearing is scheduled to start at 1 right here at the lafayette county circuit court. i will be at that hearing and i will tell you what happens tonight on wtva 9 news. im amanda haley, reporting live in oxford, wtva 9 news. at , we're
