FORMER ATTORNEY: Sheriff urged me to dismiss supervisors’ DUI charge

Former Lee County Prosecuting Attorney James Moore said that Supervisor Billy Joe Holland was being charged for driving under the influence but was requested by Sheriff Jim Johnson to dismiss it.
