((take vo)) jazmin calhoun is in custody after deputies alleged she struck an atv with her car and injured a man and woman. that man is said to be her child's father and he and the woman were treated at the hospital. calhoun now faces two counts of aggravated assault. she was treated at columbus hospital for her broken arm and and turned herself in shortly after. "an argument happened near this road and both parties traveled north and thats when calhoun smashed the back of the atv. tire marks could be seen where the crash took place. captain phillips says this was a domestic dispute and believes that calhoun struck the atv after seeing her twenty six year old ex-boyfriend riding with an eighteen year old woman." stand up ((take sot)) "thinking it's going to be about the male that was driving the four wheeler and the female that was in the car they uh i guess relationship or past relationship, i'm thinking that had something to do with it." captain vance phillips rt- 0:13 captain phillips says more charges could follow in this case. he says she is being interviewed and a bond will be set. calhoun will be arraigned on thursday or friday of this week. in noxubee county nicole dantzler wtva 9 news. oxford police
