many families in more ways than one. w-t-v-a's erin wilson introduces us to a woman -- jenna pennington of saltillo-- who went through counseling during a very difficult time in her life. make it now." "four yearsago,i lost my husband tyler to suicide. i had just found out that i was pregnant with twin boys the same week he lost his life." pennington was out of work and on her own to raise her children both born and unborn whilegrievingof her sudden loss. outside of family she didn't have many people to help her through her hard time. "i came across hope family ministries and i called and made an appointment and i found out that because ofdonationsfrom places like united way i was able to go for free." due to the donations made by the community united way and hopeministries helped pennington start on the road to recovery. "being able to go knowing that i didn't have the money to pay for it but knowing that they loved me enough and cared about me enough that i could go there for free is all the help in the world." and her resultsshow just how far a small donation to the united way can go.
