our area on this saturday. this lingering low pressure lingered abundant cloud cover in our area. we did see some pretty good patches of drizzle and fog today, along with some isolated showers. as we go through the evening and overnight hours we will still linger some patchy fog and drizzle as low pressure gradually leaves our area. we will see some chill temperatures for the overnight, as most of the overnight low temperatures across our area will drop off down into the upper 30s to lower 40s. as we go through our sunday, we will see the aforementioned low pressure are out of here and some high pressure builds into our area. this high pressure area will clear our skies out as we go through the day and by the afternoon hours most of our area will see mostly sunny skies as the rule. by the middle portion of the upcoming work week we will see another frontal system work its way into our weather forecast. this will give our area some more rainfall in the weather forecast by later portions of our wednesday, through our thursday and leaving on our friday. it does not look like there will be much in the way of heavy rain in the weather forecast during this time period. it looks like the heaviest of the rainfall and the heaviest of the thunderstorms will stay well to the south of our area. however, it still looks like we will see a good dose of light to moderate rainfall and this is not needed in our weather forecast. mississippi attorney general jim hood is issuing a
