JACKSON, Miss. (WTVA) - The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) reported 1,092 new COVID-19 cases and 16 new deaths Wednesday, Nov. 25.
New COVID-19 related deaths reported to MSDH as of 6 p.m. Tuesday. Fifteen deaths occurred between November 2 and November 24 in the counties below.

One COVID-19 related death occurred November 12, identified from death certificate reports.

As of Wednesday, Nov. 25, there have been 145,636 total cases of the virus since mid-March, which is when the state reported its first case. There have been 3,745 total deaths.
The state health department estimates there have been 121,637 recoveries.
