JACKSON, Miss. (WTVA) - The two remaining candidates for the U.S. Senate say they will participate in a debate November 20 in Jackson.
Interim U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith had already agreed to the debate, but Mike Espy's campaign did not agree to take part until late Monday afternoon.
The debate will be held at the Southern Farm Bureau offices and will be carried on ABC WTVA at 7 p.m. that night.
The runoff to determine who serves the remainder of Thad Cochran's term is set for the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.
