Law enforcement officers captured Moore about three miles from where they found his truck in Duck Hill.
Montgomery County Sheriff Jeff Tompkins and Carroll County Sheriff Clint Walker confirmed that information Thursday night, Nov. 18.
Officers also searched for Moore's alleged victim, Shanetta Andrews of Lexington, Mississippi.
She was later found safe.

DUCK HILL, Miss. (WTVA) - Local and state law enforcement officers searched for a fugitive in Montgomery County.
They searched for Charles Moore, a kidnapping suspect wanted in Holmes County, according to Carroll County Sheriff Clint Walker.
The search included deputies from Montgomery and Carroll counties, the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and state troopers.
Moore’s vehicle was found abandoned near the Duck Hill Interstate 55 exit.
Officers searched for him in a wooded area nearby.
He’s thought to be armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
