JACKSON, Miss. (WTVA) - As of Sunday, Nov. 1, the Statewide Election Management System reported:
- 248,335 absentee ballots requested through circuit clerk offices
- 247,650 absentee ballots sent to voters from circuit clerk offices
- 231,031 absentee ballots returned to circuit clerk offices
All mail-in absentee ballots must be postmarked by Election Day (Nov. 3) and received within five business days of Election Day in order to count.
