TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) - Mississippi State's Road Dawgs Tour made a stop at Tupelo's First United Methodist Church on Monday.

The tour is the annual fan event that comes together through the school's Bulldog Club, Alumni Association and local alumni chapters, including Lee County in this case.

Athletic director John Cohen and new head football coach Joe Moorhead were Monday's featured speakers. The two have been at every stop, which also included Starkville and Memphis on Monday.

"It's like that Bob Seger song, 'Turn The Page,'" Moorhead said. "It's been good to get around the state, to get around the surrounding region, and see all the people support us, I'm excited for the next stop."

As the week progresses, the tour visits Meridian, Biloxi, Huntsville, Atlanta, and Houston, Texas.
