Peet signs with Delta State

Peet is the second Indian to sign to the next level, joining Witt Roaton who signed to play at Blue Mountain College.

FULTON, Miss. (WTVA/ICC Athletics) – Itawamba Community College sophomore pitcher Kris Peet has signed a National Letter of Intent to continue his baseball career at Delta State University.

The Olive Branch native is a transfer and will play his first season for Coach Rick Collier this spring. Prior to ICC, Peet played his freshman season at Coahoma Community College.


During his freshman season in Clarksdale, Peet made 13 appearances and started two games for the Tigers. He finished with a 2-4 record while striking out 42 batters in 59 innings and had a 4.27 ERA.
