Ole Miss women's basketball announces 2019 SEC schedule

Ole Miss women’s basketball has finalized its 2018-19 schedule with the release of the 2019 SEC schedule on Thursday.

OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA/Ole Miss Athletics) - Ole Miss women’s basketball has finalized its 2018-19 schedule with the release of the 2019 SEC schedule on Thursday.

The 16-game conference slate will kick off Jan. 3 at Missouri, followed by the first two SEC home games of the 2019 season at The Pavilion at Ole Miss vs. Arkansas (Jan. 6) and LSU (Jan. 10). The Rebels return to the road on Jan. 13 at Kentucky before returning home to host Florida on Jan. 20. Ole Miss hits the road at Vanderbilt (Jan. 24) and at Mississippi State (Jan. 27) before closing out the month at home vs. Auburn on Jan. 31.

February opens with a home tilt vs. Texas A&M on Feb. 3, followed by a trip out to South Carolina on Feb. 7. Ole Miss returns the favor at home vs. Vanderbilt on Feb. 14 before a Monday night contest at Georgia on Feb. 18. Mississippi State comes to The Pavilion three days later on Feb. 21 before a road swing at Arkansas (Feb. 24) and Alabama (Feb. 28). Ole Miss will close the regular season at home for Senior Day vs. Tennessee on March 3.

The 2019 SEC Tournament will be held March 6-10 at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, S.C.

Season tickets for the 2018-19 season are now on sale. Tip times and television assignments will be released at a later date.
