BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WTVA) - The Southeastern Conference named Columbus native and Mississippi State running back Kylin Hill as its Offensive Player of the Week.
This comes after a stellar performance in Saturday’s win over Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Hill rushed for 234 yards and scored three touchdowns.
Tennessee defensive back Bryce Thompson was named the Defensive Player of the Week.
Georgia kicker Rodrigo Blankenship was named Special Teams Player of the Week.
Georgia offensive lineman Andrew Thomas was honored as the Offensive Lineman of the Week.
Auburn defensive lineman Derrick Brown represented the defensive side.
Running back, Isaiah Spiller, of Texas A&M was named the Freshman of the Week.
