NETTLETON, Miss. (WTVA) - Former NFL player Jason Ferguson was back in his hometown of Nettleton on Saturday to host his third annual football camp.
Proceeds from the camp will benefit the Jason Ferguson Foundation, which focuses on Type 2 diabetes care and prevention.
The camp was for linemen only, ages 10-18. Ferguson played at lineman throughout his career.
"I think all the big guys run into one thing quicker than anything else, that's called expectation," Ferguson said. "We're here trying to build a foundation, give them pointers to carry on to their career, and give them life lessons also."
