STARKVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Starkville woman is facing charges following a Christmas Eve stabbing incident in the city.
Starkville police say Rachel Criddle, 44, is charged with domestic violence-aggravated assault.
Officers were called to a home on Sycamore Street around 7:30 p.m. Monday.
They say the victim was airlifted out of the area for treatment but did not provide an update on his or her condition.
The incident remains under investigation.
Criddle was being held in the Oktibbeha County jail.
