Woman arrested after weekend pursuit in Amory

AMORY, Miss. (WTVA) - A woman is accused of fleeing from police in Amory.

Hannah Blair, 27, of Caledonia, is charged with fleeing/eluding in a motor vehicle.

According to Amory police, they attempted to stop her for a traffic violation on Sunday, Jan. 6.

Police say she refused, which led to a pursuit.

After coming to a dead end, she was taken into custody.

Blair also faces a vehicle theft charge with the Monroe County Sheriff's Department. 

She is also being held for the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
