WEST POINT, Miss. (WTVA) - West Point police search for a man in connection to a shooting near Progress Street and Fifth Street on Sunday.
In a post made to Facebook, police said Brian Bowens, 27, is wanted "for the charge of murder".
Police warned anyone who assists Bowens "in evading his lawful arrest will be charged with accessory after the fact." The penalty of accessory can carry up to 20 years in prison, according to police.
Police said Bowens is considered armed and dangerous.
