UPDATE: Troopers ID one victim from Monroe County collision

Troopers have identified one of the three victims who were killed in last week's fiery crash in Monroe County.

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WTVA) - Troopers have identified one of the three victims who were killed in last week's fiery crash in Monroe County.

Master Sgt. Criss Turnipseed says one of the drivers has been identified as 54-year-old Donald Wright of West Point. He was driving north in the southbound lane at the time of the crash, according to troopers.

"The identities of the other two victims are still being established and should be ready for release by the end of the week depending confirmation from the Mississippi Medical Examiner's Officer in Pearl," MHP stated.

This accident remains under investigation by MHP.
