UPDATE: Boil water notice lifted for Saltillo

SALTILLO, Miss. (WTVA) - Some parts of Saltillo are no longer under a boil water notice.

Saltillo Mayor Rex Smith says the Wesson Heights, Edgewater and Westbriar areas are no longer under the alert.

The Westwood, Saddle Creek and Gardenview areas remain under the alert until further notice.

The notice was issued earlier this week, according to the Mississippi State Department of Health.
