UPDATE: 7/22/18 - The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has canceled the Missing/Endangered Child Alert for William Holley III. He has been located and is safe.

CLARKSDALE, Miss. (WTVA) - The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation issued a Missing/Endangered Child Alert for a four year-old boy from Clarksdale.

William Holley III was last seen Saturday at 11:45 a.m. near the Hampton Inn and McDonald's on Hwy 49 South in Clarksdale in Coahoma County.

William is a black male, light skin, with black, low cut hair and brown eyes. He's 45 inches tall and weighs 45 pounds.

The child is believed to be with Debra Collins. Collins is a light skinned female with shoulder length dark brown hair. She is in her 60s, standing five feet six inches tall and about 185 pounds.
