UPDATE: Fourth arrest made in Booneville armed robbery

A fourth person has been arrested for the early February kidnapping and robbery of two women in Booneville.

BOONEVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) - A fourth person has been arrested for the early February kidnapping and robbery of two women in Booneville.

According to the Booneville Police Department, 30-year-old Martel Alvezs Lyons of Houston was arrested Tuesday, February 27 in Chickasaw County. He's charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery and conspiracy to commit kidnapping.

On the morning of February 1, two women were tied up with tape in an apartment at the College View Apartments in Booneville. They were then robbed.

Three people were arrested soon after the incident: 20-year-old Ajearious Johnson, 19-year-old Jalon Gates and 31-year-old Corey Kilgore.

Booneville police say three arrests are pending as of this update. 

Lyons' bond was set at $50,000.
