TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) - Tupelo police are asking the public for help identifying the person responsible for burglarizing a popular restaurant during the weekend.

On Sunday, Tupelo police responded to Connie's Fried Chicken on South Gloster Street.
When officers arrived, they found the restaurant had been burglarized.
Police say the person responsible went into the restaurant through the drive-through window. When the person was inside, the burglar was able to take an undetermined amount of money.
Police describe the burglar as a white man, wearing a dark-colored Aeropostale zip-up jacket with a hood, blue jeans and dark-colored shoes.
