TISHOMINGO COUNTY, Miss. (WTVA) - Troopers are looking for an SUV following a reported hit-and-run in Tishomingo County.

Master Sgt. Ray Hall with MHP says the reported crash happened Monday morning on Highway 72 and involved local students.

It happened near the front of Tishomingo County High School. Troopers say a vehicle rear-ended a student's vehicle. The student was turning into the school's parking lot.

The hit was so hard, the student's car caused a domino effect with other vehicles. Troopers say the driver of the SUV then left the scene.

No one was injured.

The school's principal says three students were involved in the collision and all three attended school afterward.

The SUV is described as a Nissan make. More specific details are not known at this time.
