TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) — Detectives are trying to solve a shooting in Tupelo late Saturday night that left three people dead.
Police found out around 11:45 p.m. about the shooting in the 200 block of Maynard Drive, which is south of the Walmart on West Main Street.
One man died where the shooting happened. A man and woman died at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
Police later identified the three shooting victims as Jessica Pannell, 21; Norahs Coleman, 21; and Robben Wilson, 22.
Coleman died at the scene, and the other two victims died at the hospital in Tupelo.
The triple shooting came on the same day a man died after being shot in the parking lot of a closed restaurant in the 700 block of South Gloster Street.
