Three arrested for burglary of Iuka church

A Burnsville man is charged with the burglary of a local church.

IUKA, Miss. (WTVA) - A Burnsville man is charged with the burglary of a local church. 

On Tuesday, June 5, Tishomingo County officers responded to a burglary at Campground United Methodist Church on County Road 256 in Iuka.  

A witness says he or she saw three people inside the church. 

When deputies arrived on the scene, they detained all three people. Two were juveniles and the third was an adult. 

The adult was identified as 18-year-old Zachary Wayne Wilbanks of Burnsville.  

The two juveniles were taken to the Juvenile Detention Center. Wilbanks was booked into the county jail.
