The Sherman Fire Department is advising community members to be safe on the dangerous roadways.

SHERMAN, Miss. (WTVA)- The Sherman Fire Department is advising community members to be safe on the dangerous roadways.

“Turn around, don’t drown,” Said a spokesperson from the department.

The photo attached was taken from the Sherman Fire Department Facebook page.

Pictured are emergency vehicles staged at the edge of where the flooded roadway began.

No injuries were reported.

According to the Sherman Fire Department, the Belden-Endville Road is closed due to flooding.
