Suspects wanted for Tupelo auto burglary, credit card fraud

Tupelo police are asking for help locating two suspects wanted for burglary and credit card fraud.

TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) - Police say two car burglars tried to use a stolen credit card at Tupelo stores.

The car burglary was reported on Feb. 19 in the parking lot of Cardiology Center in the Gloster Creek Village.

Police say surveillance video shows the suspects pull into the parking lot in a silver SUV.

The suspects broke into a vehicle and stole a purse, according to Tupelo police.

They are accused of using the victim’s credit card at the Kroger and Walgreens on West Main Street.

Police say the suspects purchased Visa gift cards at Kroger, but the card was declined at Walgreens.

They then disappeared in the same silver SUV.
