Man wanted after reported bank robbery in Tupelo

Updated - Tupelo police are investigating a reported bank robbery and are looking for a man.

TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) - Tupelo police are investigating a reported bank robbery and are looking for a man.

According to law enforcement, the incident happened Wednesday afternoon at the CB&S Bank on South Gloster Street.

Tupelo Police said no injuries were reported and the robber fled on foot.

Police described the robber as a white male, approximately 50 years old, last seen wearing black sunglasses, a black hat, a sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Police spokesman Capt. Charles McDougald said police are treating the incident as a robbery.

Police later released photos of the possible robber and a dark car.
