UPDATE: New Albany man found safe

NEW ALBANY, Miss. (WTVA) - A silver alert has been issued for a missing New Albany man.

The man is identified as 80-year-old James H. Riddle. He is described as a black man, 6'1" in height, weighing 160 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation says he was last seen Monday just before 1 p.m. in the 500 block of North Street in New Albany. He was driving a gray Lincoln Town Car with a Mississippi license plate UND308.

He was last seen wearing a red sweater, black pants and black slippers.

Family members say Riddle suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment.
