According to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation, the Silver Alert for Charles Rice was canceled Sunday morning.
He was located, and the state agency directed all questions to the Magee Police Department.

SIMPSON COUNTY, Miss. (WTVA) - The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation issued a Silver Alert for 45-year-old Charles Douglas Rice of Magee.
He is described as a white male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing 290 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
He has a full sleeve tattoo on the left arm with skull and spider web flames.
He was last seen on Friday about 7:00 p.m. in the 600 block of 1st Street NE in Simpson County wearing a gray jacket, blue jeans and black tennis shoes.
Rice is believed to be in a 2005 Ford Explorer, white in color, bearing a Mississippi license plate number DEVLDG with an unknown direction of travel.
Family members said Rice suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment.
