TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) - A shooting Saturday morning wounded a man in Tupelo.
Tupelo police officers responded at approximately 9:00 to the 3000 block of Meadows Drive where they found the victim.
The victim had been shot at least once in the lower hip/buttocks.
Witnesses claimed an argument led to the shooting. They described the shooter as a Black, tall, heavy-set man with gray and white facial hair.
Police say the shooter fled before officers arrived at the scene.
No one identified the shooter but provided a nickname: "C-Bo."
Doctors treated the unnamed victim at the hospital in Tupelo. His current condition is not known.
