A tip about marijuana growing in the yard of a home ended with the arrest of a Vardaman man.

CALHOUN COUNTY, Miss. (WTVA) - A tip about marijuana growing in the yard of a home ended with the arrest of a Vardaman man.

Calhoun County Sheriff Greg Pollan says his department responded to the home of Jacob Jordan, 35.

He says when deputies pulled up, they saw the plant growing in a pot by the front door.

Pollan says Jordan is charged with manufacturing marijuana.

Bond has been set at $5,000.
