SALTILLO, Miss. (WTVA) - The director of the Saltillo Public Works is resigning.
Richard Feist says his last day is Friday after spending 14 years with the city.
He tells WTVA the resignation has nothing to do with recent water issues with the city.
He cites family as the reason for leaving.
