Due to the error in postal delivery, the company is delaying late charges for a few more weeks, the district manager says.
MANTACHIE, Miss. (WTVA) - Northeast Mississippi Natural Gas District is delaying late charges due to an error in the postal delivery of bills.
According to District Manager Mike Horton, the Postal Service in Memphis, Tennessee, lost the company's billing.
As a result, all late charges will be delayed until Aug. 25.
