NEW ALBANY, Miss. (WTVA) -- A classic car show hit New Albany on Saturday.
Pharoahs' car show cruise-in event was held in the Union County Library parking lot.
The cruise-in lasted from 1 pm to 6 pm. Pharoahs Car Club has chapters in other countries and in almost every state. The club recently added Mississippi to its list.
Pharoahs prides itself on being family-oriented.
Organizers are also asking people to be safe during the public health crisis.
“We are asking that if you’re high-risk, wear a mask, or if you’re ugly, wear a mask,” said Travis Kitchens, General of the Mississippi Charter of Pharoahs. “I’ve got mine on here, we’re asking everybody to have social distancing, so we’re going to be as conscious of what’s going on as we can.”
Kitchens said the cruise-in will be held every third Saturday through September.
