Oxford man charged with robbery, enticement of child

Police arrested one suspect in connection to an Oxford robbery and are looking for another suspect.

OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) - Police arrested one suspect in connection to an Oxford robbery and are looking for another suspect.

Oxford police say the robbery happened on Sunday, May 13 on the Square. They say a man was robbed of his cell phone and was assaulted as well.

One suspect was identified as 18-year-old Justin Hall of Oxford. He was arrested on Tuesday, May 15.

During the investigation, police say officers discovered messages sent by Hall to a minor on the stolen phone. As a result, Hall was also charged with enticement of a child for sexual purposes.

Police say the second suspect in the robbery has not yet been identified.
