OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) - The City of Oxford wants citizens to stay at home except for essential needs to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
The mayor and Board of Alderman adopted the resolution on Sunday, March 22.
The order is in effect until at least April 6.
The resolution places restrictions on some businesses and places of gathering.
