According to the Mississippi State Department of Health's June 2 report, the facility's status is "active" with 15 employee cases, 37 residents cases and 6 resident deaths.

FULTON, Miss. (WTVA)- The Meadows in Fulton at one point had 34 cases of the coronavirus.
Since last Friday, the facility has been coronavirus-free.
Back in April, Itwamba County Coroner Shelia Summerford said the facility had 34 confirmed cases of the coronavirus.
The Meadows is a 130-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility.
Summerford previously reported three coronavirus-related deaths at The Meadows. She knows of at least one death from the facility that happened at a hospital.
Administrator Stacy Seay said employees are following CDC guidelines and procedures.
Seay said healthcare workers tested everyone in the facility last Thursday with no new positive coronavirus cases.
